I take a holistic approach to massage therapy. My goal is to support my clients in achieving balance and harmony through the healing power of touch. I use a blend of Kneading, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral, and Acupressure in sessions to address whatever shows up for my clients. I love working with expectant mothers using Prenatal Massage. I am a Certified DeepFeet Ashiatsu Bar Therapist. I also use Cupping, Scraping, and Pressure Point Therapy.
I graduated from the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts in 2006. I've enjoyed working with others over the years to help them achieve their wellness goals through massage therapy.
I graduated from Great Lakes School of Massage in 2024. Much of my of my work experience has involved community work, in schools, youth groups, and with children with special needs. I am passionate about massage and how it can improve a person’s physical and emotional well-being, and I am excited to further help my community with massage.

Massage therapy is a treatment that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
Massage therapy can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, relieve pain and tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. People who receive regular massage often report improvement in both physical stress and range of motion.
Ashiatsu Massage is providing massage with the use of feet and bodyweight of the practitioner, to provide deep, consistent and broad pressure. Clients lie on a massage table, just like the hands-on massage you are more familiar with.
